The Web Monitoring Program collects qualitative data regarding prescription drug abuse, misuse, and diversion as reported on the internet.

The Web Monitoring Program monitors the chatter about specific products and behavior associated with prescription drug abuse, misuse, and diversion. These data serve as an early detection system as well as a tool to provide context to emerging trends, user behavior, and product liking. The qualitative data captured in this program are complimentary to the other RADARS^® System programs which capture quantitative data, thereby lending context and depth to the counts and calculated rates.
