Survey of Key Informants' Patients Program
This program is composed of 125 informants yielding approximately 3,000 responders from 50 states. 

The patients in treatment at primarily private substance abuse treatment programs, recruited by Key Informants to complete an anonymous questionnaire which includes questions concerning the patient’s drugs of choice, drug use in the past month, lifetime drug abuse, age at first use, and the primary source of the abused drugs.
